Creative Media Baltic has considerable experience in activities at the international level.

As Project Coordinator – Creative Media Baltic will be responsible for:

• Overall planning of the project
• Control of the overall progress of the project (milestones and deliverables)
• Maximizing activities to the project, required to optimize its impact
• Meeting the contractual obligations of the project in relation to reporting and financial matters and other issues that may arise
• Resolving any conflict that arises whiles the project execution through discussions with the relevant parties.
