Number of Internet users in Latvia has grown per 4%

According to the latest online consumer behavior \"TNS Latvia Digital” study Internet 2012 spring the Internet during the last 6 months has been used by an average of 70% or 1,212,000 of Latvian residents aged 15 to 74 years, an increase of 4% over the 2011 the corresponding period of the portal \"7guru.lv\" informed company representatives. Also the proportion of regular Internet users has increased – if in the spring 2011 in the last 7 days the Internet was used by 63% of the population aged 15 to 74 years, then in the spring of 2012 they are already 67%.

In 2011 number of ads has grown for 18%

Research agency TNS has compiled the 2011 year data on the number of ads and the biggest advertisers according to press advertising space in square centimeters, square meters of outdoor space and television and radio advertising minutes. TNS 2011 in these media has registered 3,054,695 ads that results that number of ads has increased by 18% compared to last year.
